Hospital Administrators are related to those people who act as the central point of control within hospitals. Administrators are two types, generalists and specialists. Generalists are those who are helping to manage an entire facility and Specialists are those who are responsible for the efficient operations of a specific department such as policy analysis, accounting and human resources or marketing. The Health Care Administration and organization handles the staffing. Health systems management or health care systems management depict the leadership and general management of hospitals and health care system
